Former President Donald Trump appears to be receiving help with his campaign from two unlikely sources; his son, Barron Trump, and his friend Bo Loudon.
The 18-year-old son of the former president along with his 17-year-old friend are helping Trump’s campaign by assisting him in gaining the votes of younger Americans, the Daily Mail reports.
The teens who are technologically equipped have been working behind the scenes briefing Trump about YouTube and streamer influencers who have millions of followers.
According to the outlet’s sources, the duo has been speaking with online celebrities who the older campaign staff have never heard of. Barron and Loudon were responsible for the Trump interview with Kick influencer Adin Ross.
Their hard work resulted in the interview going viral, being the most-watched livestream in the platform’s history. The interview also resulted in Vice President Kamala Harris trying to copy the move, but being turned down by several influencers and streamers.
On Truth Social, Trump wrote that there were 100 million listeners in total.
The duo have convinced the former president to connect with their favorite content creators, including YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul and Patrick Bet-David, the billionaire host of the PBD podcast.
One of the first events the teens put together was host a “power summit” banquet in April for Bet-David, his favorite MMA fighter Colby Covington, and entrepreneur Justin Waller, who is a business partner of Andrew Tate.
“Bo reached out to me and told me that Barron watches my content and would like to invite me to dinner at Mar-a-Lago,” Waller told the outlet. “I see them both being entrepreneurs. They are certainly going to pave their own path for themselves and it’s very clear to see that they’ll be quite successful.”
“Trump rates the boys and sees their input as an asset,” a source told the outlet. “He has no issues turning to them for advice on a subject that many of his middle-aged campaign aides wouldn’t have much of a clue about.”
Loudon is a conservative influencer who is gaining traction on social media platforms like X and Instagram. His content is mostly focused on elevating Trump, mentioning facts that are not mentioned by the “fake news.”
